The complexity of the materials used in this building created difficulties for the team at Urban Habitats. However, they completed the works to a very high standard. The stonework and extensive timber elements in the building are a highlight and demonstrate the builder’s attention to detail.

Urban Habitat's use of advanced software for estimating, project management and site safety supported the builder’s well-grounded management systems in the delivery of this complex project in good time, excellent quality and in a safe manner.

The Port Willunga project is a new home, the original property was determined to be demolished, to make way for a prominent contemporary two storey-home and maximise the panoramic vista views similarly to provide 5 separate sleeping accommodation and ensuites for group entertaining.

This home has provided considered options for the ultimate coastal family entertaining home. The intentional relationship of internal and external living areas centred around the striking panoramic sea views of the encompassing Port Willunga Beach has carefully been designed by Tim Evans Architect.

This project is a landmark and has drawn great attention and comment from the public during construction and now site completely in a fully landscaped setting.
