Contract Home of the Year over $1.5m
Suite 6/136 The Parade, Norwood SA 5067
The passion for perfection is obvious when you see the clean lines and a minimalist form influenced by Japanese Architecture, leaving no room to hide any imperfections. The most predominant feature of this home is the off-form concrete boxes that frame the building façades. The seamless glass infill within these off-set cubes, formed floating steps in polished concrete and covered Loggia overlooking the pool and a sunken rear yard. The central staircase is piece of artwork in itself with solid floating timber treads that appear to be stacked without support and vertical stainless wiring that runs from floor to ceiling. The complexity of this build is hidden in the design and the skills of the builder and contractors who work on it.
